Our detached team has made a real difference to ASB issues by building excellent relationships with local young people and stakeholders. We are now developing a brand new Rapid Response team who will be line managed through the detached team leader. This challenging and rewarding role will involve working in a detached setting to reach young people who are not engaged in other youth service activities and building effective partnerships with statutory agencies, residents and businesses. You’ll have some excellent facilities at your disposal, including two state of the art mobile buses equipped with computers, meeting space and a music recording studio.

We are looking to recruit motivated local young people who are aware of the local issues and can influence and contribute to positive changes. In return you will be provided with intense training including qualifications in youth work.

The post holder will be required to work late evenings and weekends.
