How does E2E work?

We work with you to create your own programme - designed to help you achieve your goals, whether that's moving onto a job, further training/education or an apprenticeship.

What is it like?

At HALS you will find a supportive, friendly and safe environment where you can begin to turn your hopes into reality. You will have the chance to improve your key skills and gain other knowledge and skills through learning and work experiences.

Programmes run for an average of 22 weeks and you will be required to attend between 16 to 30 hours per week over five days a week, until completion of all your goals. A work placement will help you to develop work skills and attendance is up to 30 hours per week.

The HALS E2E team and a Connexions Personal Advisor will work closely with you to help you progress on to a job, further training/education or an apprenticeship. At HALS you will find a supportive, friendly and safe environment where you can begin to turn your hopes into reality. You will have the chance to improve your key skills and gain other knowledge and skills through learning and work experiences. Programmes run for an average of 22 weeks and you will be required to attend between 16 to 30 hours per week, five days a week, until completion of all your objectives/targets.
