Order a free Chlamydia test kit online
Chlamydia is a sexually transmitted infection and if it is left untreated it can cause long term medical problems including infertility in both men and women. Most people with Chlamydia do not have any symptoms and therefore do not know they have it. In the UK, 1 in 14 people under 25 have Chlamydia.
This test is free and confidential (we won’t tell anyone you’ve had the test). You can choose to get your test results by phone, text or letter – it’s up to you
