Even though road safety awareness is on the rise, stay aware and pay attention. Don't get distracted by your phone. Nearly everyday a teenager is killed or seriously injured on the roads. So look out for your mates and don't let your friendship die on the road.

What is Rape?

The word "rape" is often associated with a violent assault by a stranger, but the fact is that in most cases the attacker is someone who the victim knows and may even trust such as a friend, partner or someone from school/college/work.

Anyone who has been pressured to have sex without giving their consent has been raped.

Find out on the This is Abuse website (external link) how to have your say on the issue and how to seek help.
