There are a wide range of services that are available to young people between the ages of 10-19 or up 25 with disabilities. The activities are aimed at building your confidence and improving your self-esteem whilst also raising awareness of important issues such as relationships and sexual health.

The centre is a very resourceful place for young people to have fun, socialise and learn new skills from professional, experienced youth workers from a range of different backgrounds, who offer information, support and advice on a range of issues. The centre provides a variety of sporting activities with a fully equipped outdoor gym.

Bruce Grove Youth Space is an opportunity for young people to have a place where they can meet others in a safe environment, within a comfortable setting and be free.
